Kate Martin

Kate Martin has extensive experience in clinical operations and mental health services. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Woebot Health since April 2021, Kate has previously held various leadership roles including Clinical Operations Manager and Clinical Operations Lead. Prior experience includes a tenure at Segal Trials from November 2015 to October 2020, where roles included Clinical Operations Manager and Clinical Rater Supervisor. Earlier positions include Outpatient Therapist at Familylinks, Inc. and Psychometrist at Brain Health Center in 2014, as well as several roles at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic from 2010 to 2015, encompassing Family Based Clinician and Milieu Therapist. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University.
