Tara McCormack

Tara McCormack has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Tara most recently worked as a Human Resources Manager at Wolfgang Digital starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant specializing in Strategy & Change since September 2015. Tara also served as the Head of Human Resources at Hospital Services Limited from May 2012 to March 2022. Tara has additional experience as a Senior HR Consultant at Polaris HR Ltd from February 2007 to January 2010, and as an HR Manager at the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland from June 2005 to September 2006. Tara began their career as an HR Manager at Swiftcall from February 1999 to February 2005.

Tara McCormack has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources. Tara obtained a Masters Degree in Human Resources Strategy from Dublin City University during the years 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Limerick, completing it from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their degrees, Tara also holds a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, obtained through CIPD Qualifications, which they pursued from 1996 onwards.

Tara McCormack has further enhanced their expertise in Human Resources through additional certifications. Tara obtained a Masters HR Strategy certification from DCU Business School in September 2002. Additionally, they earned a BA Degree (Politics and Economics) certification from the University of Limerick in October 1996.
