Anuj Narain

Anuj Narain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Director of Power Platforms at Wolfspeed since February 2020. Previously, Anuj held various roles at Texas Instruments from 2004 to 2020, including Senior Manager of Marketing and Applications for Automotive Functional Safety Products, where strategic initiatives encompassed powertrain electrification and the management of a diverse team focused on safety-critical semiconductor products. Anuj's early career included positions as Engineering Manager and Product/Test Engineer, as well as a Process Engineer role at Philips Semiconductors. Anuj's educational background includes a degree in Functional Safety Engineering from TUV SUD, along with degrees from the University of Southern California, The University of Texas at Dallas, and Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
