Wyman Kinlaw

Wyman Kinlaw has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Wyman is currently the Director of Equipment Engineering - Wafer Operations at Wolfspeed since 2023. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2023, they worked as the Director Engineering & Maintenance at Sagent Pharmaceuticals, where they played a crucial role in leading the engineering and maintenance organization. Before that, from 2009 to 2021, Wyman was the Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Manager at Precor, where they directed the manufacturing engineering, tooling, and facilities maintenance organization. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as the Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Brunswick Boat Group, overseeing high volume boat production. Wyman also served as the Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager at BSH Home Appliances from 2001 to 2007, managing the manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and tooling departments. Wyman began their career as an Industrial Engineer at Chatsworth Products in 2000 and also gained experience as an Engineering Technician at North Carolina State University from 1999 to 2000, completing various projects as a student consultant. Throughout their career, Wyman has consistently demonstrated their expertise in engineering and maintenance, leading teams and driving operational excellence.
