Jane Guest McIpd

Jane Guest MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering at Wolseley Group since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jane held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at The AA, where collaboration with executive leadership resulted in a people strategy for the Customer Operations division. Jane’s previous roles include HR Business Partner at Wolseley UK, where strategic HR support was provided to the Supply Chain division, and Senior HR Business Partner at Santander UK, where Jane was instrumental in developing a comprehensive people plan for Retail Contact Centres, impacting a workforce of 4,000. Jane also managed various HR initiatives at Alliance & Leicester, Travelodge Hotels Limited, and Dollond & Aitchison, showcasing a strong ability to align HR strategy with business objectives through effective stakeholder engagement. Jane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
