Daniel Kates

Daniel Kates is currently an Incoming Summer Analyst at Starwood Capital Group and a participant in the Eastdil Secured Real Estate Finance Training Program at Eastdil Secured. Previously, Daniel has held various roles at Wolverine Capital Investments, including Real Estate Sector Head and Vice President of Recruitment. Daniel also has experience as a Summer Analyst at Starwood Property Trust and as a Real Estate Asset Management and Acquisitions Intern at A&E Real Estate. Daniel is currently pursuing a degree at the University of Michigan and has completed a program at The Academy of CRE Finance & Innovation.
