Rachel Waldstein has extensive experience in customer relationship management and marketing, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Lifetime Value at Wolverine Worldwide since July 2016. In this role, Rachel leads CRM strategies for multiple brands, including Harley-Davidson Footwear and Merrell. Prior to this, Rachel held various positions at Stride Rite, starting as Loyalty Marketing CRM Analyst and progressing to Omni Channel Loyalty & CRM Manager, where skills in building consumer engagement and executing CRM strategies were developed. Earlier career experiences include roles at EXTRAPRISE GROUP, INC and BiddingForGood, Inc, with a strong foundation in analytics and marketing communications. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and English from Fairfield University in 2008.
