Natasha Horsfield is an experienced professional in policy and advocacy, currently serving as a Policy and Programmes Officer at Womankind Worldwide since October 2018. Prior roles include Policy and Advocacy Officer at Health Poverty Action, and Campaign Support Officer at Age UK, where support was provided for a General Election campaign. Natasha also worked as a Researcher for Developing Market Associates, focusing on financial access in the London Bangladeshi migrant community, and has held several positions at organizations such as WaterAid, National Children's Bureau, HelpAge International, and Minority Rights Group International, all aimed at enhancing various social issues, including water and sanitation, children’s rights, and the welfare of older people. Natasha holds an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS University of London and a BA (Hons) in International Development with International Relations from the University of Leeds.
