Berenice Guerra Martinez is a dedicated Technical Account Manager at Cisco's ThousandEyes since November 2018, specializing in post-deployment customer engagement to enhance product experience. Berenice holds leadership roles in various community initiatives, including co-leading the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) LATAM chapter and serving as Alliances Leader for WOMCY Mexico, both focused on reducing the gender gap in STEAM. Berenice has previously worked as a Technical Consulting Engineer both at ThousandEyes and in the Next Generation Firewall team, showcasing expertise in technical support. Berenice's involvement spans multiple organizations, including roles at Nikken Latinoamérica, Cracks Podcast, and TEDxUDLAP, where skills in sponsorship management were applied. Berenice graduated with a degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Telecommunications from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
