Perri Smith is a seasoned health care professional with extensive experience in population health and strategic operations. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Population Health at Oak Street Health since August 2021, Perri Smith also co-leads the Black @ OSH People Resource Group. Prior to this role, Perri Smith was a Special Assistant to the COO at Boston Medical Center and held an internship at UnitedHealthcare focusing on Medicare Advantage quality metrics. Perri Smith's career began at Accenture, where significant contributions were made to healthcare IT initiatives, including the development of electronic health record standards. Education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology from Stanford University. Perri Smith is also a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation.
