Susanna Baque

Susanna Baque has a comprehensive work experience in various roles, starting in 1999. Susanna began their career at Applied Biosystems as a Sales Specialist in Molecular Biology, eventually becoming a Sales Manager for Molecular Biology and later Sales Manager for PSM (Mass Spectrometry & Proteomics). In 2005, they joined Applied Biosystems as a Sales Manager for PSM in Spain and Portugal. From 2008 to 2010, Susanna worked as a Senior Sales & Support Manager at APPLIED BIOSYSTEMS.

In 2010, they transitioned to SCIEX, where they held multiple positions, including Director Sales - EMEA (interim), Director Support & Market Development - EMEA, and Senior Director Support EMEA & Senior Director Global Applications Support-Applied Markets. As a Senior Director of Global Customer Experience, they led globally cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and increase customer intimacy.

In recent years, Susanna has taken on additional leadership roles. In 2019, they became a Member of the Board of Directors and later President at AmicsUAB. In 2020, they joined Danaher Corporation as the Leader of Women + Friends Europe Associate Resource Group, supporting the establishment of an inclusive culture for women. Susanna also became a Founding Member of the European Customer Experience Organization in 2021.

Furthermore, Susanna serves as a Community Leader for Women in CX since 2021. Overall, Susanna Baque has a diverse background in customer experience, sales, and leadership roles across multiple organizations.

Susanna Baque obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry & Biochemistry from Universitat de Barcelona in the period from 1986 to 1991.

Susanna pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Universitat de Barcelona from 1992 to 1996.

Susanna then continued their academic journey at the University of Southern California from 1996 to 1998, where they completed their Post-Doctoral studies in Molecular & Cell Biology.
