Alexa Montesinos

Alexa Montesinos serves as a Managing Partner at iDocSocial and Principal at Market Connections, focusing on brand and KOL strategy for emerging startups. In addition to roles as a Board Member for Women in Eyecare, Alexa held various positions in the ophthalmic and pharmaceutical industries, including Associate Director and Sr. Product Manager at Dompé, and Dry Eye Sales Representative at Sight Sciences, where the TearCare System was launched in Florida. Previous experience includes sales roles at New World Medical, Alcon, Salix Pharmaceuticals, and Eli Lilly and Company, with numerous awards and recognitions throughout a successful sales career.
