Nadja Nicetic

Nadja Nicetic is a professional in the recruitment and talent acquisition field with extensive experience in the gaming and tech industries. Currently serving as a Women in Games Ambassador since April 2024, Nadja has held various recruitment roles, including IT Talent Scout at apsa personnel concepts and Recruiter at iLogos Game Studios, focusing on technical and product roles. Prior experience includes recruiting for AAA and Indie studios at 8Bit - Games Industry Recruitment, as well as conducting market research and end-to-end hiring as a Talent Partner and Research Analyst at The Big Search. Nadja's earlier roles include sourcing for digital transformation positions at International Flavors & Fragrances and assisting in team scaling at Hofy. Nadja holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from dr Lazar Vrkatić and has additional training as a Practitioner from TA centar.
