Julia Linden has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Julia has served as the President of Women in Music Northeastern, where they hold responsibilities related to the organization. Julia worked as a Social Media Assistant at Shelter Music Group, where they assisted artist JESSIKA with social media content creation and engagement strategies. At The Recording Academy, they were a member of GRAMMY U. Julia also held the position of President at the Music Department Student Advisory Board/Music Department Representative at the College of Arts, Media and Design (CAMD) at Northeastern University, where they facilitated communication between students, the Music Department, and the CAMD administration. Julia completed an internship as a Global Recordings Intern (Marketing) at BMG - The New Music Company, where they assisted with marketing campaigns, created reports, and conducted research. Julia also interned as a Music Licensing Intern at TouchTunes, where they collected music publishing metadata and participated in legal meetings. Additionally, they worked as a Public Relations Intern at Shore Fire Media, where they drafted press releases, composed pitches, and compiled press clippings. Their work experience also includes an internship as a Venue Operations Intern at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, where they shadowed the Head of Operations and performed operational tasks.
Julia Linden completed their high school education at Trevor Day School from 2017 to 2021, earning a High School Diploma. In August 2020, they also obtained a certification in NYU Tisch x Billboard Music Industry Essentials from New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Currently, Julia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry with minors in Law & Public Policy and Business Administration at Northeastern University, which is expected to be completed by 2025.
