Khamini Fennelly

Khamini Fennelly is an experienced professional in civil engineering and operations management, currently serving as an Advisory Committee Member for Women in PropTech since December 2022. Previously, Khamini held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Welcome Homes from April 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included process management, internal training, and relationship management with external service providers. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Site & Civil Engineering, where projects focused on site design and construction permitting, as well as tenure as a Co-Host for the Engineering Management Institute’s weekly show, This Week in Civil Engineering. Khamini's career also features roles as a Senior Staff Engineer at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services and as a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University. Khamini holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.
