Rachel Bagnell

Rachel Bagnell is a Board Member at Women In Technology. Rachel was previously the Director of Transformation for Risk Management at ADP from January 2019 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for human capital management integrated with technology. Rachel also served as a consultant and strategic business partner to other organizations within ADP, where they leveraged their project management and leadership expertise to guide multiple teams, develop and communicate strategic goals, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and implement initiatives and processes.

Rachel Bagnell has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government from Illinois State University, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Political Science and Government from Illinois State University, and a Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Exercise Therapy Specialist. Rachel also has a Certification from LOMA as an Associate, Customer Service (ACS) and a Certification from LOMA as an ALMI. Additionally, Rachel Bagnell has a Certification from GIAC Certifications in General Information Security Fundamentals and they are also a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from The American College of Financial Services.
