Mia Farlekas

Mia Farlekas is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as a Growth Investor at Sixth Street and a member of Global Women in VC since August 2025. Previously, Mia held the position of Private Equity Associate at Vista Equity Partners from July 2021 to March 2024 and began as a Private Equity Analyst. Prior experience includes an Investment Banking Summer Analyst role at Deutsche Bank in July 2020. Mia also contributed to the Society of Women Engineers as Mentorship Director, where responsibilities included organizing mentorship activities for over 100 students and implementing four new events throughout the academic year. Mia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, graduated in May 2021, and completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma at West Morris Mendham High School in May 2017.
