Valentina Podgainaia

Valentina Podgainaia is an Associate at Vibranium Venture Capital since December 2021, contributing to the international venture fund based in Menlo Park. Valentina is also a member of Global Women in VC, the largest global community for women in venture capital, and a member of the National Venture Capital Association. Previous experience includes working as Corporate Business Development at MTS Startup Hub, where strategic innovation programs were led for various business divisions, and serving as Project Director at Global Venture Alliance, recognized as the #1 World Private Accelerator in 2019. Early career roles included Event Specialist at Polylog PR, managing successful business events, and assisting the Commentary Control Management Team during UEFA EURO 2012. Valentina holds a Master's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
