Bethany Bosso

Bethany Bosso is an accomplished professional in customer success and experience, currently serving as the Director of Provider Success at Rula since March 2024. In addition, Bethany is an active member of Women of Customer Success and sits on the STARs Advisory Council for Opportunity@Work, where Bethany has held the role of Senior Director of Customer Experience and previously as Director of Customer Success since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Customer Success at INFOCU5, Head of Client Management at Triangle Media Corp, and Sr Client Manager at the Federal Association Of Financial Services.
