Xeni Kontogianni

Xeni Kontogianni is an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach at Sharpist since August 2019 and operates a private practice in London, Berlin, and Athens as a Psychologist-Psychotherapist since January 2014. Xeni serves on the Executive Committee of the Coaching Division for the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) since November 2020 and has held the role of Enterprise and Business Mentor at the University of East London since January 2022. Additionally, Xeni is a Business Mentor with Women On Top since February 2021 and previously worked as an EAP Psychotherapist with Teladoc Health and as Neurorehabilitation Coordinator and Recruiter at YesCareGroup. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, and various diplomas and certifications in cognitive behavioural therapy, neurolinguistic programming, clinical hypnosis, and other therapeutic modalities.
