Beth Peiffer

Beth Peiffer is the Owner and President of Ralph E. Jones, Inc., a painting, wall covering, and special coatings contractor serving the Mid-Atlantic region since 1924. Under Peiffer's leadership since September 2007, the company has achieved certification as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). In addition, Peiffer is a Founding Chapter Member of the Women Presidents' Organization and served as the Professional Development Chair for the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) from 2011 to 2018, where responsibilities included planning and executing educational sessions for facility managers. Peiffer holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Graduate Certificate in Computer Information Systems, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Penn State University and Lebanon Valley College, respectively, along with training from Sandler Sales, Execustar, and Dale Carnegie Training.
