Cheryl Ross has extensive experience in customer success and technical account management, currently serving as Principal Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft since November 1998. Additional roles at Microsoft include Premier Field Engineering Manager, Senior Technical Account Manager, Premier Support Manager, Consulting Services Engagement Manager, and Customer Support Team Manager.
