Erin Mercede

Erin Mercede is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and finance. Currently serving as the West Program Manager at The Women's Business Development Council since May 2022, Erin is responsible for delivering and managing programs throughout Fairfield and Litchfield counties, while collaborating with regional teams to support entrepreneurs. Previously, Erin held the role of Director of Leadership Programs at the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, overseeing multiple leadership initiatives, and contributed to the energy sector through various positions at Santa Energy Corporation and Santa Buckley Energy, where Erin optimized operations and enhanced profitability. Erin's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, International Business and Economics from the University of New Hampshire.
