Dhruv Sikka is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and financial operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Specialized Dental Partners since July 2023, Dhruv previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Women's Care and served as Director of Revenue Cycle Management at both Aspen Dental Management, Inc. and WellNow Urgent Care. Dhruv's leadership experience also includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Eastern PA Health Executive Network and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Pocono Family YMCA. An entrepreneurial background includes founding Knowtifi, a comprehensive care collaboration platform. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and a Certificate in Advanced Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
