Rebecca Shantz is an experienced clinical manager at Women's College Hospital, where responsibilities include streamlining operations and enhancing patient access across four clinics since June 2018. Previously, Rebecca held various clinical management positions focused on COVID-19 assessments and vaccine rollout, showcasing adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. Earlier in the career, Rebecca was a registered physiotherapist at multiple healthcare organizations, developing and implementing physiotherapy programs. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Queen's University.
