Kathleen Ralls, PhD, currently serves as the Programs and Impact lead at Women's Money Matters, overseeing financial wellness programming and partnership development since February 2023. As the founder of Kathleen Ralls LLC, Kathleen focuses on female empowerment and leadership training. Previously, Kathleen authored "Take Their Word for It: Sports Cultivate World-Class Leaders" during a tenure at Creator Institute and contributed to education as a graduate research and teaching assistant, adjunct faculty member at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a history teacher at Westford Academy. Kathleen's international experience includes serving as a Roving Scholar of American Studies through the U.S.-Norway Fulbright Foundation. Educational credentials include a BA in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a MAT in Secondary Education from American University, and a PhD in Education Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
