Erin Harville

Creative Director at Women's National Football Conference (WNFC)

Erin Harville, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Starting in 2018, Erin worked as a Graphic Artist for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in the Midwest Region. From 2017 to 2020, Erin held positions at the University of Kentucky, including Creative Services Specialist and Creative Services Student Intern, where they developed creative materials for various NCAA Division I sports programs. In 2021, Erin worked as a Content Creator for INFLCR. Moving on to 2022, Erin took on the role of Co-Founder & CEO at PowHER PlayHER, the only NIL platform for female student-athletes. Erin also served as the Creative Director for the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC) and is currently employed as a Brand Marketing Manager at the Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter, where they collaborate across departments, plans and executes brand campaigns, and assesses performance for future campaigns. Erin's work experience showcases their expertise in graphic design, creative services, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

Erin Harville, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sports Business from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Integrated Strategic Communication with a concentration in Creative Advertising from the University of Kentucky in 2018. In addition to their formal education, Erin has also obtained several certifications in areas such as creativity, visual campaigns, cultural strategy for design, color trends, design strategy and business integration, and real-time advertising fundamentals.
