Claire Morley - Jones

Claire Morley-Jones has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they serve as the Global Group HR Director at Wonder, where they support over 2.5k employees in 7 different countries. Prior to this, Claire founded HR180 Ltd in 2006, a company that provides HR services to SMEs. Additionally, they have held various director roles, including Non-Exec Director positions at Foundation Stone CIC, Graduates Yorkshire, and ABDN The Business Network. Claire's expertise in HR and business has also led their to serve as an Enterprise Ambassador at the University of Leeds and hold chairman positions at the West Yorkshire Branch of the Institute of Directors and the Young Directors Forum.

Claire Morley-Jones completed the 10,000 Small Business Programme at Goldman Sachs from 2010 to 2011. Claire also graduated from the University of Leicester with a BA(Hons) degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing, achieving a 2:1, from 1995 to 1998.
