Alberto Giacalone

Alberto Giacalone has a wealth of experience in the working world. Alberto began their career in 2007, working in a variety of roles such as Sales Man, Factory Worker and Electrician for multiple companies including MediaMarkt, Thyssenkrupp, O-I Manufacturing and promoter agencies. In 2015, they joined Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane as a Customer Care Operator and Tutor & Mentor/Data Analyst/QA Tester. In 2017, they moved to Sielte S.p.A. as a Technical Manager. In 2018, they began working for both BMW Italia and Kia Italia as a Project Manager and IT Project Specialist/Junior PM, respectively. In 2020, they joined Pentana Solutions as a Project Manager, and in 2021 they began working for Wonderflow as a Delivery Manager, coordinating with Customers, Sales Team and Operations Team to plan and execute projects for the Voice of the Customer.

Alberto Giacalone attended ITIS J. M. Keynes from 2004 to 2009 and obtained a Scuola Media Superiore in Scienze informatiche. Alberto also holds certifications from the University of Cambridge for the Key English Test and the Preliminary English Test.
