Kati Lechner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations and Talent Strategies at Wonderlic since April 2020, Kati has significantly transformed operations by implementing new systems and policies while enhancing employee experiences.
