What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in scaling our team and hiring for both high-volume roles and senior leadership positions across various departments. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strategic thinker, and is passionate about building exceptional teams.

What you’ll accomplish:

As a Recruiting Manager, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in executing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet high-volume hiring needs while ensuring quality candidates are identified and hired.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and develop a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our growth objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve our recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Build a robust pipeline of talent by establishing relationships with external partners, universities, and industry networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hires.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

One year deliverables:

  • Successfully build and manage a team of recruiters capable of meeting the organization's diverse hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute a high-volume recruitment strategy, resulting in the timely and quality hiring of a specified number of candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to fill key executive and senior management positions, contributing to the organization's overall success.
  • Implement process improvements that result in increased efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion within the recruiting team.

About you: 

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment leader, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in both high-volume BPO recruitment and senior leadership hiring.
  • Savvy communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strong data analytics capabilities to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

In addition to the must-haves, bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in a consumer-driven industry with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment technologies and tools.
  • Certifications in human resources or talent acquisition.
  • Experience with international recruitment and cross-border talent acquisition.
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
  • Fluent in Cantonese is a plus
