Ricardo Jr. Callope possesses extensive experience in customer support and operations leadership. Currently, as Support Team Lead at Wonolo since August 2019, Ricardo has developed strategies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service. Prior to this, Ricardo held the position of Senior Process Executive at Cognizant from February to April 2019 and served as a Subject Matter Expert at VXI Global Solutions, LLC from June 2012 to February 2019. In the earlier stages of the career, Ricardo also gained valuable skills as a Customer Service Representative and Inbound Sales Representative.
