Yoni Gancz

Yoni Gancz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Yoni began their career at Naturepedic in 2011 as a Supply Chain Manager, where they worked until January 2015. In 2016, Yoni joined Payoneer as a CSM, and later that year, they moved to Ceragon Networks, where they served as a CSM until August 2020. From August 2020 to February 2023, Yoni worked at WAVE BL, initially as the Head of Customer Support and then as the Head of Customer Experience. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success at Woo.io, starting in February 2023. Throughout their career, Yoni has gained valuable experience in customer service and support roles, with a focus on improving customer experience and satisfaction.

Yoni Gancz attended Cuyahoga Community College from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
