Ethan Pell

Ethan Pell is a Business Intelligence Analyst at Wood Partners, a position held since June 2021, after previously serving as a Business Intelligence Intern in August 2020. In the current role, Ethan creates dashboards for data analysis, designs demographic pages to improve marketing strategies, constructs reports using data from the Yardi Property Management database, and updates financial presentations for performance reviews. Ethan actively participates in asset management review calls, providing informative debriefs. Ethan earned a degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Data Analytics from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, graduating in 2021.
