Jessica Dinin

Jessica Dinin has a strong background in marketing and has held various roles in the multifamily real estate industry. Jessica started their career as a Student Assistant at UCF Economic Development Department in 2012. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Manager at The Woodlark Companies, where they focused on marketing a student portfolio near Florida Atlantic University. Jessica then moved on to Park Partners Residential, where they served as a Marketing Director and gained experience in both conventional and student properties. Jessica also worked as a Marketing Director at Rosemurgy Properties, where they handled marketing for various property types. In 2017, they joined Weller Management as a Director of Marketing, overseeing marketing efforts for multiple property types across the Southeast. Prior to their current role, Jessica worked as a Vice President of Marketing & Training at The Bainbridge Companies, leading a team and implementing training initiatives. Jessica is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at Wood Partners.

Jessica Dinin attended the University of Central Florida from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology.
