Kevin Clark

Kevin Clark has extensive experience in the real estate development industry. Kevin is currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Wood Partners since November 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director of Development at Summit Development Group from August 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held roles at Urban Asset Advisors, including Development Director from September 2018 to August 2020 and Development Coordinator from November 2015 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, they were the Assistant Director at North Park Main Street from June 2012 to September 2014. Kevin's work experience showcases their knowledge and expertise in urban property development, social responsibility, and advocacy for business communities.

Kevin Clark obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Real Estate Development degree in Real Estate Development from Portland State University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2016.
