Jack Reed

Jack Reed is an experienced legal professional, currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Woodbury Corporation since November 2019, providing legal expertise in construction and leasing matters. As Of Counsel at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson since January 2016, Jack represents a diverse range of clients in complex construction litigation across various public and private projects. Previously, Jack was a Member at Reed Warlaumont & Stout from March 1994 to December 2015 and a Partner at Larsen & Stewart from January 1990 to March 1994. Jack also served in the United States Air Force Reserve from June 1988 to February 2007, culminating as Colonel and Commander of the 419th Maintenance Group, overseeing aircraft maintenance and training. Jack holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Virginia.
