John Carlos

John Carlos has worked at Woodforest National Bank since 2004. John started as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they supervised staff, coached employees, and managed monthly profitability. John also handled customer satisfaction, teller and personal banker duties, end of day cash balance, audits, training new employees, accounting totals, and various other backroom operations. John held this role from April 2004 to January 2006.

After that, John worked as an Accounts Payable Specialist from June 2006 to October 2006. Then, they became an Assistant Fraud Investigations Manager from October 2006 to May 2015. In this role, they assisted in conducting fraud investigations.

Currently, John serves as the Assistant Internal Investigations Manager at Woodforest National Bank, a position they have held since May 2015.

John Carlos attended Blinn College from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in General Business. John then went on to attend Sam Houston State University from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. Both degrees were focused on the field of Business Administration and Management.
