Kevin Mote, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Kevin started their career as an On-Site Coordinator at Hawkins Personnel Group, where they supported the contingent workforce in a manufacturing environment. Kevin also delivered new hire orientation, safety training, and processed time cards.

In 2001, Kevin joined Staff Management as an Account Supervisor, where they supported the contingent workforce in manufacturing and fulfillment environments. Kevin provided training, processed time cards, and ensured accurate paychecks.

Kevin also assisted in the implementation of the HRIS solution.
