Lori von Heyking

Lori von Heyking has an extensive and diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lori began their career at Digital Equipment as a Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS, where they worked for 14 years. Lori then joined Compaq as a Director of Compensation & Benefits, Worldwide Sales and Services, and later took on additional roles as the head of Compaq EMEA C&B and the overall lead for sales compensation consolidation. In 2002, Lori moved to HP, where they held various positions including Vice President of Human Resources for Global Sales, Director of Human Resources for the Enterprise Customer Segment, and Director of Compensation for the Enterprise Systems Group. Their next career move was to Halliburton, where they served as a Human Resources Lead for the Wireline & Perforating division before being promoted to Director of Global Compensation. After leaving Halliburton, Lori joined Rowan Companies as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing the global HR team and driving HR strategy and compensation programs. Their most recent position is with Woodforest National Bank, where they hold the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for leading the HR department and developing and executing HR strategy. Throughout their career, Lori has demonstrated expertise in talent management, succession planning, training and development, change management, and strategic HR planning.

Lori von Heyking pursued their education through a series of programs and institutions. In 2005, they enrolled in the Advanced Program of Human Resource Management at UCLA Anderson School of Management. Following that, they attended the University of Phoenix where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM). Most recently, from 2016 to 2018, Lori attended the Consumer Bankers Association's Executive Banking School.
