Azfar Islam is a skilled workforce development manager with a robust background in community engagement and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Development at WoodGreen Community Services, Azfar oversees multiple high-budget programs aimed at youth and newcomer employment while managing a team of 12 staff members.
