Sipho Kwaku

Sipho Kwaku has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. sipho has held multiple director-level roles at WoodGreen Community Services, including Director of Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging & Equity from January 2021 to present, Director of Youth Strategy from January 2018 to December 2020, Director of Employment Services from February 2004 to December 2017, and Director of Homelessness and Housing Help, Mental Health and Developmental Services from November 2002 to February 2004. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of Housing at Central Neighbourhood House from February 2001 to September 2002.

Sipho Kwaku's education history includes a fellowship at the Metcalf Foundation's Toronto Sector Skills Academy from 2016 to 2017. In 2015, they attended Carleton University for Organizational Leadership Management. From 2012 to 2013, they studied Project Management at Humber College. Sipho Kwaku obtained an MSc. in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University between 1995 and 1997.
