Anne Dalrymple

Chief People Officer at WOODLAND PARK ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY

Anne Dalrymple serves as the Chief of People & Culture at Woodland Park Zoo since October 2022, following a significant tenure at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from 1995 to 2022. At EPA, Anne held various leadership roles, including Director of Mission Support, focusing on human resources, IT, finance, and compliance for over 600 employees and contractors. Expertise lies in change management, diversity and inclusion, and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives, including innovative air quality management on Indian Reservations. Anne also has a background in communication and community engagement, with experience as a community engagement lead at the Washington Environmental Council and as a creative producer for an online educational startup. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor in International Environmental Law from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BA in English, Chemistry, and Biology from Hendrix College.
