Terry Woodley

Terry Woodley is the Chairman of the Board and Managing Member at Tier One Property Services LLC. Prior to this, Woodley served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Woodley Building Maintenance. With a background as a Controller at SkillPath Seminars and a Staff Auditor at Deloitte, Woodley brings a wealth of experience in finance and operations. Woodley holds a BSBA in Accountancy from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, following completion of high school at Raytown High School.
