Hannah Kölsch

Hannah Kölsch has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 when they worked as a Mitarbeit im Projektteam "Führungskultur"/ Personalentwicklung for Vetter Pharma. In 2011, they took on the role of Personalreferentin for Compass Private Pflegeberatung GmbH. Since 2017, they have been employed by Woodmark Consulting AG, where they have held two roles: Head of HR and Leitung Personalentwicklung.

Hannah Kölsch completed their Diplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre from The University of Bonn between 2002 and 2009. Hannah then obtained an Ausbilderin certification from IHK Bonn/ Rhein-Sieg in 2011. From 2014 to 2016, they obtained a Master of Arts - MA in Organisations- und Personalentwicklung from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Finally, they obtained a Systemisches Coaching certification from GST München Gesellschaft für Systemische Therapie und Beratung GmbH between 2017 and 2021.
