Laura Charney

Laura Charney currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement at Woodruff Sawyer since May 2023. With extensive experience at Hagerty from April 2009 to December 2022, Laura held multiple senior positions, including Vice President of Member Service Center Team Experience, where leadership focused on promoting team culture and productivity in a large contact center. Additional roles included Vice President of Sales Enablement and Columbus Operations, specializing in sales process optimization and strategic growth, and Vice President of Sales - West Region, overseeing a 17-state territory and a sales team. Earlier career experience includes positions at Velocity Magazine and The Orange County Register, and an assistant buyer role at Horizon Media. Laura earned a BS in Marketing from California State University-Long Beach.
