Jing Xu

Jing Xu has extensive work experience in the architecture and design industry. They have held various roles in different companies since 2007. Most recently, Jing Xu worked at Woods Bagot as a Senior Designer starting in 2021. Prior to that, Jing Xu worked at Bates Smart as a Senior Architect from 2015 to 2021, primarily focusing on construction documentation and administration for residential and commercial projects. Before that, they worked at HBO+EMTB as a Designer/Architect from 2014 to 2015. Jing Xu also had experience as an Architect at the office of mcfarlane biggar architects + designer from 2012 to 2013, working on a range of transportational, retail, residential, and interior projects. Finally, Jing Xu started their career as an Intermediate Designer at Mcfarlane green biggar architecture + design inc. from 2007 to 2012, where they contributed to educational and interior projects from concept design to contract documents.

Jing Xu completed a Bachelor of Architecture degree in architecture from the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University, from 1998 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Master of Architecture degree in architecture from the School of Architecture at the University of British Columbia, from 2003 to 2007.
