Michael Gay has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of architecture. Michael currently holds the role of Project Leader at Woods Bagot, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, Michael served as a Senior Architect at Coniglio Ainsworth Architects from February 2020 to September 2021. Michael also worked as a State's Advisor for the New Museum Project at TheFulcrum.Agency from 2019 to January 2020.
Before joining TheFulcrum.Agency, Michael held the position of Director at MSG Architecture for six years, from 2013 to 2019. Michael also worked as a Senior Architect at Cox Architecture (Australia) from August 2011 to August 2013, and as a Senior Architect at Palassis Architects from October 2008 to July 2011.
Earlier in their career, Michael gained experience as an Architect, Part II at both Tim Flynn Architects (2006-2008) and Collett Zarzycki Ltd (2005-2006). Additionally, they worked as a Tutor for Building Technology at Curtin University from 2004 to 2005, and as a Graduate of Architecture at Ross McAndrew Architect from 2003 to 2005.
