Tess Dolan

Tess Dolan is an experienced professional in design and communications, currently serving as Insights Leader (Global) at Woods Bagot since May 2018, where collaboration with sector leaders focuses on the future of design and its societal impacts. Previously held roles at Woods Bagot include Digital Channels Manager and Public Relations Specialist. Tess co-founded Side Step Studio, a design collective, and has held various positions in PR and communications within Melbourne’s leading agencies, including Communications Collective and Houzz. A graduate of RMIT University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation, Tess combines artistic insights with strategic content creation across multiple platforms.
