Anita McDuffy

Anita McDuffy is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Partner for Talent at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution since June 2016, Anita oversees the entire recruitment process and manages scientific and technical recruitment for various departments. Prior experience includes a role as HR Partner for Talent at Primark Stores Limited, where Anita successfully led a high-volume recruitment initiative, and positions at Target, where comprehensive HR operations for multiple districts were managed. Earlier roles include Human Resource Manager at 104 Contractors Inc. and Zumba Instructor at two fitness clubs. Anita holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Human Resources, both from St. John Fisher University.
